4. Role of an Auditor:

• Understand the responsibilities and competencies required of a QMS auditor.
• Explain how auditors plan, conduct, report, and follow up on QMS audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
• Describe the ethical considerations and principles guiding auditor conduct during audits.

5.Application of Audit Principles:

• Apply audit principles and techniques to plan and conduct a QMS audit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in documenting audit findings, including non-conformities and areas for improvement.
• Understand the importance of impartiality, confidentiality, and objectivity in the audit process.

6.Conducting QMS Audits to ISO 9001:2015 Standards:

• Plan and execute a QMS audit to establish conformity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS in meeting organizational objectives and customer expectations.
• Develop comprehensive audit reports and follow-up actions based on audit findings.
